It is important that you submit your proof of address before your 20-day grace period expires. If the 20 days pass without an approved document, our system is legally required to apply a "hard stop" to your account.
The Countdown Process:
Day 19 (Warning): If your grace period is about to expire the next day, our Customer Experience Team will receive a priority alert and will attempt to call you to help you upload your document.
Day 20 (Account Blocked): If your document is still not cleared by the deadline, your account access will be immediately restricted.
What Happens During a Verification Timeout?
If your account hits the timeout limit:
Deposits and Trading are Blocked: You will no longer be able to add funds or open new trades.
Trade Liquidation: The trading engine will be disabled. Any open trades will be liquidated (closed at the current market price).
Fund Return: Your account will enter a refund workflow. Our team will process a final refund of your remaining funds, returning them to your original payment method.
To prevent interruptions to your trading and avoid potential losses from automatic trade closures, please submit your proof of address as soon as you make your first deposit.
