When Does the Clock Start?
The 20-day timer is triggered strictly by your first successful deposit. Once the funds are detected in your account, the countdown begins automatically.
What You Can Do During These 20 Days:
Trade: You have access to the trading platforms and can open trades in the global markets.
Deposit (with Limits): You can continue to deposit funds up to $5,000 USD via the Web Portal or $10,000 USD via the mobile app.
What is restricted?
Withdrawals: For compliance and security reasons, withdrawals are strictly DISABLED until your full verification (proof of address) is complete. You cannot withdraw your initial deposit or any profits during the grace period.
How to Stop the Clock:
To remove these limits and secure your account, you must upload a valid proof of address (like a recent utility bill). Once our compliance team approves your document, your account becomes fully active, allowing unlimited deposits and enabling withdrawals.
