How to start:
1. Log in to your Client Portal.
2. Click on the "Verify Identity" banner.
After that, you will be redirected to our secure verification interface.
The Workflow:
We highly recommend using your smartphone for the best experience.
Scan Documents: Upload a clear photo of your government-issued ID (passport or national ID card). Ensure all four corners are visible and there is no glare.
Liveness Check: Position your face within the frame to take a "selfie." The system will confirm you are a real person and match you to your ID.
Outcome:
Success: Once your document is approved, you can immediately deposit and trade funds.
Action Required: If the image is blurry, has glare, or is cut off, the system will ask you to try again.
Important Note:
This step verifies who you are. You will be asked to verify where you live (proof of address) later, after you make your first deposit.
