Step-by-step from your Rise Portal.
You can request a withdrawal from your Rise Portal at any time. Below is the full process, the methods available, and what to expect at each stage.
Before You Start
Make sure:
- Your account is fully verified (ID, proof of address, and any other documents marked required).
- You have enough free margin to cover the amount — open positions use up part of your balance.
- The withdrawal method you want to use is in your own name.
Same-method policy: Withdrawals must follow the same route used to deposit, up to the amount originally deposited. Profits above that amount can usually be sent by bank wire to an account in your name.
Step-by-Step
- Log in to your Rise Portal.
- Open the Withdraw section.
- Select the trading account you want to withdraw from. Your available (free) balance is shown next to it.
- Choose a withdrawal method from the list. Only methods you previously used to deposit will appear — except for bank wire, which is available for profit withdrawals.
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
- Confirm the payment details are correct.
- Submit the request.
You'll receive an email confirming the withdrawal has been received for processing.
Processing Times

Times are indicative. Weekends, public holidays, and bank delays can extend them.
Minimums and Limits
- Minimum withdrawal: USD 50.
- Maximum withdrawal: Per request limits depend on the method and your account tier. For very large withdrawals, bank wire is usually the most efficient route.
What If My Request Is Rejected?
The two most common reasons:
- The destination account/card is not in your name.
- The withdrawal amount exceeds your free margin (open positions are using it).
