At Rise, we do our best to process your withdrawals as quickly and efficiently as possible. To fully understand how we handle your account balance during a withdrawal request, please read our policy on cancellations and held amounts carefully.
Can I Cancel a Withdrawal Request?
Yes. If you change your mind, you can request to cancel a pending withdrawal within 30 minutes of submitting it.
Note: Cancellation is not guaranteed. If our finance team has already processed the transaction within that 30-minute window, the withdrawal cannot be undone, and the funds will be sent to your payment provider.
Important: How Withdrawals Affect Your Reserved Amount
Your reserved amount is the portion of your funds set aside to keep your open trades active. When you submit a withdrawal request, the requested amount is immediately placed on hold. This reduces your available funds for trading, which is the buffer that protects your open trades.
In practical terms, withdrawing funds limits how much of your account can be reserved for your open trades. If your available funds for trading become too low, you may receive a warning, and if no action is taken—by adding funds or closing trades—the platform may automatically close trades to prevent further losses. Always make sure your account has enough funds to support your open trades before requesting a withdrawal.
Is this a new restriction?
No. This is simply a policy clarification for transparency to help you manage your trading risk. Withdrawal processing, fees, and timelines remain exactly the same.
