This guide outlines the mandatory steps to request your trading credentials and connect your account to the MetaTrader 5 terminal. Please note that your MT5 trading credentials (account number and trading password) are separate from your Rise Client Portal login.
Step 1: Request Your MT5 Credentials
You must manually request your credentials through our support portal before you can log in to the platform.
Select MT5 Credentials Request from the dropdown menu.
Enter your registered email address and provide any required account details.
Submit the form.
Important: Your MT5 account details will be sent to your registered email address within 4 working hours.
Step 2: Download the MT5 Terminal
While waiting for your credentials, you can download the installer for your desktop:
Download for Windows (.exe): Download (.exe)
Download for macOS (.pkg): Download (.pkg)
Step 3: Finding the Server
Once MT5 is installed and opened, follow these steps to locate our trading servers:
Click on File in the top navigation menu.
Choose Open An Account.
In the search bar, type exactly: "Ingot SC Ltd." and click Find your broker.
Select the matching result and click Next.
Step 4: Logging In
Select Connect with an existing trade account.
Fill in your Login (account number) and Password exactly as they appear in your credentials email.
In the Server dropdown, you must select the correct server for your account type:
Live Accounts: Select IngotSC-Server3.
Demo Accounts: Select IngotSC-Demo.
Click Finish to log in.
Troubleshooting
"Invalid Account" Error: Ensure there are no extra spaces at the beginning or end of your password when copying it from your email.
Connection Status: Verify the connection icon in the bottom-right corner of the platform. If it is red, ensure you have correctly selected IngotBrokers-Server3 for your live account.
Missing Email: If your credentials have not arrived within 4 working hours, please check your spam folder before contacting support.
