If you have completed your identity verification but have not yet submitted your proof of address, your account is in its 20-day grace period. During this time, there is a temporary maximum deposit limit to protect your account.
Current Deposit Limits (Pre-Verification):
While in the grace period, you can deposit a maximum of:
$5,000 USD via the Web Portal.
$10,000 USD via the Rise Mobile App.
How to Remove These Limits:
This restriction is entirely temporary. To unlock unlimited deposits, simply upload a valid proof of address (such as a recent utility bill). Once our compliance team approves the document, your account becomes "fully active" and all deposit limits are permanently removed.
